[task automation]

Automate the admin. Focus on the job.

Every hour you spend routing leads, sending reminders, and pulling reports is an hour you're not running a job or closing a sale. We build the automations that handle the repetitive work, so you don't have to.

Workflow automation eliminating repetitive business tasks
[the difference]

What life looks like before and after.

Before

You get a form submission at 11pm and don't see it until 8am.

After

The automation routes it to your AI agent immediately and sends you a Slack ping with the lead summary.

Before

Your team manually texts appointment reminders every morning.

After

Reminders fire automatically 24 hours and 2 hours before, with zero manual effort.

Before

You chase Google reviews by asking at the end of jobs.

After

A 3-day post-job sequence sends the review link automatically, to everyone who opted in, not just the ones somebody remembered to ask.

Before

Every Monday you spend 90 minutes pulling numbers from three different places.

After

A scheduled automation emails you a formatted revenue and lead report at 7am.

  • →Invoice generation triggered when a job is marked complete

[approach]

We start with the task that costs you the most time.

We build workflow automation one piece at a time. We find the one task that takes the most hours per week, or the one gap that costs you the most revenue, and build that first.

Once that's running and measurable, we find the next one. Every task you retire from the manual list gives the same hours back every week afterward, without anyone having to remember to do it.

We use a mix of tools (custom code, Zapier, Make.com, and the AI agent) depending on what fits the problem. No single-tool religion. Whatever runs reliably. And when the workflow outgrows connectors entirely, we build it a custom internal app of its own.

[b2b only]

Running a B2B company? There's a separate service for that.

The automations above are built for service businesses managing inbound jobs. If you're in B2B (agency, SaaS, consultancy, professional services), the bottleneck isn't scheduling. It's pipeline. We build automated outbound systems that research prospects, write personalized cold emails, and book discovery calls for you.

Automated outbound is different from task automation. It's a standalone system with its own infrastructure, sequences, and targeting logic. Dedicated page below.

[questions]

Workflow automation questions, answered.

What does a workflow automation consultant do?
A workflow automation consultant traces how work actually moves through your business, from the moment a lead arrives to the moment the invoice goes out, and marks every place a person is retyping something that already exists somewhere else. We do that tracing against how the job really gets done, not how the process was written down.
Is workflow automation the same as an AI agent?
No, and the difference decides which one you need first. An AI agent talks to people: it answers the phone, replies to a text, works out what the caller wants. Workflow automation moves work between systems with nobody talking to anybody, so a completed job triggers the invoice, the invoice triggers the review request, and the review lands in your weekly numbers. A business can end up running both. If your problem is leads going unanswered, start with the agent. If your problem is the hours your team spends moving the same information between two screens, start here.
Do you build automations with tools like Zapier, or write custom code?
Both, decided per automation rather than per client. Off-the-shelf connectors are quick and perfectly good for a simple hop between two apps. Custom code earns its cost when the logic has real branching, when volume would run up a per-task bill, or when a vendor's connector will not expose the field you actually need. One business can end up with a Make.com scenario handling reminders and a custom service handling dispatch. The test is which one still runs correctly during the busiest week of your year.
What sets the timeline on the first automation?
The first build is deliberately small, so something is live early instead of a long silent project. Two things set the pace: how fast we get access to the systems the automation has to touch, and how quickly someone at your end can confirm it did what your team would have done by hand.

What's the most expensive thing you do by hand every day?

Tell us in the call and we'll show you whether it can be automated, how long it would take, and what it would cost.
